CAMBODIA DREAMS chronicles the
parallel lives of one family, half of whom
went to one of the refugee camps in
Thailand, while the other half stayed in
their village in Cambodia.
This seemingly simple story is enriched
by the grand-mother, Yan Chheing, who
has an extraordinary grasp of the complex
